Turn 1 Today
I am one year old and it’s so fun around
My tiny hands and toes can take me round
I explore anything of my reach and will
Even conquer your heart in my own style
Appa says I am his blessing and his beloved
Amma calls me a bundle of joy and her princess
I am an Angel to my Grandparents at all times
And a baby to my two big brothers and sister
You hold me and I will smile at you, perhaps stare
Sing to me and I will clap for you, perhaps listen
If you act up, I’ll leave you and make faces
And I will chuckle if, to me, you make faces
A darling to all my uncles and aunts, I Am
A buddy to all my friends out there
But a Masterpiece of my God Almighty
Who molded me to what I am today
