I was planning to write a haiku poem, but it turns out to be like this. Even then hope you will like it..

Until The Morning Dew

You are like a mist of fog
in the morning dew
so sweet and fresh like always new

While you sleep you are like crickets
Peeping over in our soft and cottony pillow
And I can’t help myself but to whack you like a mosquito
So that I can sleep like a child until the morning dew

This is good fun. To me it reads a little like two separate, though clearly connected, poems.

That was a shocking but funny ending to your poem. Well done.

Well, this turned out to be a charming and humorous write, Desiree, and in fact, a very delightful poem! You should give it a title, and I think the final four words of your last line would be a terrific title for this write! Carl.
