Some Kind of Music Calls Me

Some kind of music calls me;
Recalls me, to your side;
Some primal airborne reverie
Fresh out of space and time.

Some mostly memorable note
That reminds of something far;
Much farther than a memory;
Fast-fading as a star.

Past daybreaks blurry edge,
I know it will not beckon-
Time counts not it's loss, the same
As beating hearts would reckon.
