Seasonal wishes from Fay.

December's Ending.

From lone Cornish beaches, stormy and beautifully wild,
which embrace each winter in magical coastline mist,
comes December's Ending, unfurled and sailing in,
loaded down with finest Christmas greetings.

I can no longer resist rhyming long lines, dear friends,
strung with yuletide's seasonal best, wishing you sound
exit from year's merry ending, then troublefree passage
into happier New Yearing this time around.

Tightly lashed down are wishes for more inspired insight
from each gifted pen, which in producing fine works
of renown, may guide you again to craft with exciting
success each verse, steering you gently into 2010.

May much goodwill launch itself onto New Year's shore
and deliver world peace, may effort for this be unceasing,
and may poetical muse aid in this work of promotion
to increase world awareness, as never before.

Warmest wishes from Fay.

This poem cries out of many good things, that should just come to pass. Beautifully done.

This is a touching and very beautiful poem, Fay, and I am sure many of us wish the coming year may at last be the one where we finally achieve peace on earth. Carl.
