A Jewel in the Purpose of Living by Steve Slimm

Love's Survival.

Your sweet-worded gold darts
penetrate my soul,
they strike at my shadow,
cull and replace
any fears as they inject me
with warm declared love.

Let who will condemn me,
I have found my joy,
bittersweet as yet,
but I know love's repeated
dreaming in rhyme,
one day will find us repleted.

When fleshed, love breaches
desire, fire yearns for fire,
and in destiny's arms, undressed
patience is sated,
with long wait gone, we will sleep
soundly with love's survival

Seems Cupids arrow hath penetrated , you and one associated. love has activated ,and desire accumulated, soon to be amalgamated, with the one affiliated,
