One person is all it takes.

Can one person really save the world?
Can a single soul destroy the earth we so dear hold?
Will all men and women come together to unite?
Will we stand together and fight?!
The hopes of a perfect world is strong!
Is it here where our strength belongs?
Disaster and chaos is deep in a human.
In numbers peace and love are in very few men.
Can this love demolish hate?
Who will win the debate?
A tear is shed dripping down the face,
or is that blood in its place!
One child's cry can shatter and break hearts.
Will a man fighting for his beliefs amend these parts?
One day can we all be free,
grab hands and dance in glee?
So I ask you can you change the world?

While there are young people in the world who think like this, there is hope. We can all do our best to change what we can, and if enough people do it, change will happen.

You ask the big questions, wonderfully interlaced with evocative descriptions and the two work so well together to create a heartfelt whole. I don't know if one person can take on the world, but...perhaps in what we think and do and say/ we change this world we live in every day? :) xx
