Valentine Charms

Come dance the Viennese Waltz with me, come
hum the swish and sweep of melodies hum.
Mine when far clouds are pink brocade all mine
entwine moon’s fluent filigrees, entwine~~

Woo me in eve’s hush and blush of your woo
true waltz, one two three on time’s edge so true.
Seek forever’s spin of brilliance to seek
peaks as stairway to the stars lights skies peaks~~

Swing open rainbow’s window of change swing
bring blue moon flowers on angel’s wings bring.
Arms ring-around-rose posies and your arm's
charms with sensual strokes of Valentine charms~~

May time we’ll dance in Vienna this May
Holiday of love~~~~our dream holiday~~

Very beautiful tribute to Valentines Day, waltzing through the sonnet, the very words dancing with the shadow and rythm. Delightful and very lovely!

Exquisite, so sweetly and skillfully crafted. The repetion of the words at the begining and at the end of each line, makes the poem so musical, as the waltz itself. You truly love, dear Karin, that's a real gift. I loved the "flying" dancers. A real jewell-poem
