A SECRET PLACE THEY MET. HER LOVE LONGS FOR HIM EVEN AFTER HIS UNTIMELY PASSING. LOVE NEVER TRULY DIES.

EVENING INTERVAL

In our furtive place I sit and forlornly linger
Moonlight Sonata whispers to the velvety sky
As the scent of roses waft through the breeze
Pearls and Diamonds women’s best friends
My heart truly only devoted to you – longing
Sitting in this wicker chair, ethereal words spoken
Mesmerized rhapsody, tenderly wrap my soul
Through the arch, fairy lights flicker to and fro
Feeling my hands being gently taken, I hear
‘I love you, my darling, you will always be mine.’
