Loneliness Lives

Take a seat by the window
it seems the lonely road
I'm travelling
stretches out for miles
leading
nowhere
as the ground
and the sky
have been wondering why!
I'm alone
so alone
rolling
pebbles
on a dirt road
while
the weary moon
from the night before
sinks
into the pit
of dawn's golden door.
Do you know
the meaning of emptiness?
I feel nothing
longing for something.

Ooh that ending fried me; I feel nothing longing for something. You have such a way with your words. (smile)

Great description of loneliness. Your poem Giselle is very similar to what I am feeling right now..
