dancing kangaroos by elisabeth.gambino

The Zebra's Groovy Tunes

Italian wooly cats
With drumsticks
And whimsical
Rugrats with
dumb-bricks
Playing bubbly
Tunes
To the rhythm
Of her
happy Feet

Whilst …

Cuddly Porcupines
In lavender
jackets
Hypnotized,
Kangaroos in
black jackets
Mesmerized,
Guinea pigs
Not wearing even
A bracket
in ecstasy
Aroused
and Eroticized....
Freaks dancing
And doing Latin
Moves to her
cheery cries

A Whimsical Feast….....

A Pomeranian
doing an eerie
strip dance,
everyone aroused
and energized,
as a sleepy
zebra in
Striped Pajamas,
joining her
for a duet,
Singing groovy
Hoots, while
Playing
the mandolin
Singing and wishing
Her a blissful
year filled
with chirpy
tunes of
Happiness!!!!!!!

Happy Birthday to you........... :P (ahh oops yes, this is just a silly birthday wish for a friend)

Not sure whether this one derives from Dr. Seuss, Spike Milligan or Monty Python. Though I suspect all three have played some part its conception. Sounds like life is looking good Shan. There is a lightness to this poem that speaks of good fortune and possible feminine entanglement. A joyful read indeed. The pic you have chosen to accompany your ditty reminds me of a skit on television in the Sixties in Melbourne when a 'live' kangaroo decided to really attack one of the presenters. It was one of the funniest incidents I've witnessed on television and all unscripted, of course. Love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

I like the kangaroos in black jackets, but I wonder if they would still be able to hop (lol) This poem sure is a hoot and what a party with all the groovy music, except the pomeranian is a bit naughty (lol). It is an excellent birthday wish for your friend as it is so creative and original as always~~~
