Burst

Feelings Invoked,

So pained and treasured,

Silently sung,

A song of heartbreak.

In musical silence

Red, brown and leafless

Trees sway,

And hair thin rays of light

Burst through

glum grey cloulds.

I like the "hair thin rays of light" line very much.

I don't think I've ever heard heartbreak more tenderly or beautifully expressed, fragile heart. This fine write communicates those emotions brilliantly to the reader. Carl.

I like the thought of musical silence. A rest. Well-put. :)
