I do not know

I do not know why all we build decays
why the trees will grow so high then surely fade
and the heart we carved will fall and die
when the seasons have all come and passed us by.

I cannot know what the future brings
I cannot foretell the laughter and the stings,
what will be is shrouded in deep mystery
and will only be revealed as time will let us see.

All I can say and be most sure
is that our love will grow and will be more
as long as sun shines on this earth
until the end of time which has no birth.

Let the hopes stay high, importantly each of us for the effort to keep the positive vibes...

"as time will let us see". Time is indeed a Master but won't overshadow aspects of the 3rd stanza. Nice compact wisdom for a wed lunchtime!
