India By Bus by uspn

The High-way to the Guillotine

Grannies, nannies
and sissies,
Doing tootsie
Dances to
The devil’s jukebox .
Sweat pouring
In glowing heat
Shivering
and boiling,
yet cursing
nursery tunes,
while dancing
to tootsie ways...

A thorn-field
for ripper
the Jacks... as
Predators
romanticizes
with teens,
while eating
fried
fruit-jacks..
Jill and Jack
in a corner plays
Black jack,
Wallets hijacked
and sissies
ass-jacked,
all are
hijacked
and veins
cracked.....
their
throats
slitted by
the murderous
Ripper
the Jacks

No matter
138,120, 154
May it be,
buffoons
And morons,
Baking, cooking
and murdering
women,
Raping sissies
and driving
them to
the guillotine
via the highway
of devilish
kitties
………

What a unique way to describe the pathetic public transport system where you live. Such a great play on words Shash and thank you for supplying the picture of the bus. The heat, predators and stealing would certainly cause havoc. Another fantastic write from you unique pen!

I remember when I was about your age doing exercises at drama school using words that rhyme or associate. We would sit in a circle and beat out a rhythm on our knees that HAD to be maintained while we passed words from one to another. It was a challenging exercise, but one that became quite addictive. This poem reminds me of the fascinating twists and turns that result when you give words and their creative expression free rein. Your Highway to the Guillotine is very clever with its scattergun imagery and its digs at history and nursery rhymes. The explanation that follows is both unexpected and highly comic. Another wonderful poem from a very talented poet. Love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥♥
