if you very worked a hard days worth out in the blistering sun, than you would get it... for all the carpenters and construction workers in Southern California sun...

past time of men

A day's work gone by
My body is bruised
Cover in sweat
The Last hour's whistle is good news
Hang my hat by the door
No work no more....

I can hear her voice as I enter
It sounds cold but refreshing
Dressed in a tin can
Oh what a blessing..
Could it be the nectar of Gods
Or the downfall of many
But I bought it in a 12 pack
So i know there's plenty

Great write, it is common practice for construction workers to cool themselves with a cold one...two..three and more! Yes it is a downfall of many.
