yaha yadhacharathi sraeshtasthat thatdheva tharo janahaI
sa yathpramaanam kuruthae lokastha dhanuvarthataeII
Whatever actions a great man performs, common men follow; whatever standard he sets by exemplary acts, all the world pursues.
Bhagavad Gita
Here is my Rose
Spilling pearls of laughter
Reflected by the shining cheeks
Beautiful locks spread their wings
To grab those moments
I rush to you
To get a transmission
From thy hair to my heart
By tilting thy head
On my bare chest
Lest my garment may hinder the speed
Oh it bangs on my heart
Arresting my thought flows
Trying to express my love thro’ the eyes
I end up in your bosom
Confused in the ring tones
That rhyme with my name
To the orchestra of your love
Dissolve me there only
I shall become part of thy system!
If every exhalation
Tries extradition
Of my occupation
Inside your heart
I will hover around you
And get into you
During inhalation
You may sweat me out
I shall be ingesting
In the form of water
You may speak me out
I am sure to enter thro’ ears
If you burn me
In the heat of your lust
I will vaporize into your life force
And surrender unto your soul
For I have no place to go!
