Philosophy of life's brevity.......

Butterflies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they vanish
like a splash
seconds life
coloured spice
little do they know
that the lovely wings
shall soon turn dry strings
their tender flutters
shall soon put shutters

budding urge to secrete
every honey pots they in discreet
touch with probing hearts
suckling life and desires
in a moment they go
ending up into dust and debris
till then they waste not
to enjoy things of living taste
yes, in earnest haste
peeping into every single waste

butterfly seconds are brief to us
human lives are short to Gods
we look upon the butterflies
with sympathies tides
but our fate hangs upon our hides
thorns are tickling
we are forgetting
dying hours are anytime near
dyes and hues dont last to share.............

Very well written Lalitha love the comparison you draw between the lives of humans and butterflies...
