Oh Butterfly

Silky wings that travel
Like a ballerina across the sky.
Fluttering, settling on
Branches nearby.
Pink blossom like ribbon
Dancing in the breeze,
Floating like wings.
Blackbirds whistle
The Robin sings.
Butterflies pivot
And glide through the air
A translucent blue
Settles in her hair.
