The Spark.

I am the spark which lights your life.

I am
the muse which you use to inspire every
line that you ever write.
I am
the friend of your need, and will comfort
you right to the end.

I am
the wish which opens beguiling doors to
all your nightly desires.
I am
the wings of the dawning surrounding you
as you slip out of dreams.

I am
the warm thought which arouses in you more
drive on cold mornings.
I am
the silky smooth feel of the lathering soap
on your shower-wet skin.

I am
the look in your eyes as you smile at the view
of newly washed face.
I am
the mouthwatering taste of your fresh coffee
and hot buttered toast.

I am
the smell of the clean woodland air which
inspires all your walks.
I am
the whispers inside your mind as you catch
Spring caressing the trees.

I am
the tone of the watery sound as the stream
rustles music around your feet.
I am
the comfort you feel as you sit by log fires
and dream of your dreams.

I am
all those things closest to the deep inner
core of your soul.

I am a part of your heart.

After a glut of "oneryus" this poem clearly shows that sometimes one line falls short... Your beautiful images and ideas build to a wonderful concluding line.
