Just had to write about this happening which
delighted me in Devon a few days ago.
Took my own pictures but could not
wait to set them on line. Hope you enjoy.

Hope the problem can be sorted soon Tom.
Am updating the poem as you suggested Tom - -
here goes - -hope it works.......... thanks - Fay.
A quiver of boldness coated in furred
Courage minutely pawed at the short grass
As a sunny day shone on a stirring
Of babiest mouse-life at my feet, fast
Yet unable to see, newborns on a spree
Posed for pictures and nibbled on cake
Like little pro's, the three unfailingly
Opened miniature mouths to eat more, quaking
With squeaky delight this so rarely seen
Sight stayed until, to our disbelief, Mum
Came to usher them home to bed between
Sun-warmed stones, safely holed; I had begun
To doubt what my eyes had encountered when
Out for a moment popped a tiny snout again.
Nice observation!
