Take My Hand

Take my hand,
And let's walk away from this crazy night,
We are worth this chance for romance,
Let's touch and melt like we do,
Let's love the night through,
Take my hand
And let's be us again in this moonlit dance.

Take my hand,
Let's invite the morning light,
Kiss and laugh at bubbles in the bath,
Let's promise to set out together,
Let's vow to share rings forever,
Take my hand,
And leave the true love of a lifetime on our path.

oh, it's a song, where is a singer for it? In the 30-ties? 40-ties?

The invite "Take My Hand" is joyous and Oh! so romantic. It rings with love and tenderness and the "kiss and laugh at bubbles in the bath" did it for me!

I like this poem. It could be a song. This line, Let's touch and melt like we do, is real nice. Kiss and laugh at bubbles in the bath, Let's vow to share rings forever I am sure you didn't intend it, but the kind of rings that came to me were the bathroom kind. A good laugh for me.
