Nameless

I met a man in one of my dreams
He said he wasn't familiar with me
Although i'd once begged for his name
He said he's never heard of such a thing

He strolled on his way across my space
He settled where my heart had taken place
So many times, i've questioned his words
But they weren't his, they were the world's

And in his jaded eyes
He struggled to fight
For a name of his own
For a name of his own

Somehow, he knew
Of his twisted view
He needed a friend
To fix it for him

To show him life in its full bright colors
To see the difference between one and another
Those who claim to have found their treasures
Have yet to find love in this stormy weather

Fumbling through vast oblivion
Wandering through their scattered ruins
Searching for aim in this aimless universe
They shall remain nameless no more....
