Navarre Beach Evening Tides by Navarrian

Tread Tenderly.

The lullaby shush of the evening tide seeps into the air,
sneaks around rock pools
and soothes
the beach smooth tonight.

Peeping through twilight the first star appears, exciting
the sight of two happy hearts
meeting for very first
clandestine time.

Tread tenderly lovers and maybe,when the tide turns,
your fortunate souls
will have uncovered your own tidal
yearning to return here again
and again.
