A lovely circumstance in which a kiss can be postponed

A Kiss Postponed

That smile of her
makes my darkest days, bright
Honey to my ears
Is her voice ,vivacious

A small thought of her
Makes the hope in the heart to sprout
Ending the spell of doom and doubt

Wonderful eyes of her
drapped in blue ,so pure
mirrors my prosperous future

Her lovely skin, Her tender lips,
Her reddish cheeks prodding me to kiss
But my little daughter sleeps
And a kiss may disturb her lovely dreams…

Beautiful kalyan and I really liked the imagery in the 3rd stanza "Wonderful eyes of her draped in blue, so pure mirrors my prosperous future.". Your head rules your heart in this poem I can see...I guess we poems tend to dream.

To the love of little angel not to disturb is a bliss. And the kiss is a bliss but not that time. Great logic.
