Cautionary tale.

Wall-E - Propositioning a Hooker by www.simonbarrowphotography.co.uk

Yoked to Chaos.

Nostalgia recalled such young nubile mayhem,
Hooked but unhappy, and so very often
confused.

Yoked to chaos before, but she still remembered
The fun, how it felt to be in control of such
losers.

With butterfly grace she lived life gregariously,
plied her profession with raucously honest
charm.

Amusing herself, she led and tried all the various
Means, even played daring Russian Roulette,
well- armed.

Taking great chances she dived in head-first never
Aware such risks would result in creating
dilemma.

Poor little hooker, or so she was called, soon fell
To the law and regret, both restraining her
forever.

This poem is so starkly honest that it hits you straight away...why cant the law before restraining her think of maybe rehabilitating her ...I really loved the phrases you used here Faye...you gave an entire new dimension and dignity to the poor little hooker...Kudos !!!

this is tickling the poetic senses ...vivid images and apt expressions liven this piece up . Your vesses glow in their self explanatory oils ...they rise from the sellulose as steam rises from a tea cup and find their way to the readers ...butterfly grace ...russian roulette , well armed .... dived in head first ...are some stunning phrases that exemplify your innovativeness and craft ...
