War-time Love

We will speak when the world has spoken,
When lone weeps the silent night of loss.
You can pacify the souls of troubled butterflies,
I can rekindle the light wisdom of the moths.

When the empire has been leveled,
And its cries washed of blood,
We can resonate in a child's laughter,
We might simplify the secrets of the mist.
