There are so many that go about their everyday living as if it will go on forever and that no bad will befall their lives. Yeah right! LOL
This poem is about that. God Bless
Do you think that your life is infallible?
That noting bad could ever come to you,
Well, get your head out from the sand,
For one day… bad might be coming to the life you knew.
Do you think that you’re above hunger?
Do you think that you’re above death?
Do you think that you’re above becoming homeless?
You just haven’t been affected by all the above of yet.
For one day the world may awaken,
And find that “Mother Nature” has done her disastrous deed,
And all of what you’d felt secured with in life,
Is all but destroyed now …just rubbish and weed.
Now hunger’s pain is felt deep within your guts,
And a thirst for once known cool waters quench,
No rain, no wind, just freezing cold beyond man’s imagination,
No moisture filled clouds for earthly rains again to drench.
This all could one day happen to you,
And it could also happen to me,
So open up your eyes in complete obedience to “God”
He will show you another way to think and be.
