I am guilty of doing this, you'd think I'd learned from my past experiences? Guess I'm a slow learner? LOL

"Loose Lips Sink Ships"

We tend to speak before we think sometimes,
Not seeing what words final outcome will turn out to be,
I’ve done it more than once myself in life,
Speaking out some unwarranted words,
Because of what I thought... I’d heard or seen.

Now I think I’ve learned my lesson?
To give my words much deeper thought before I speak,
“Loose Lips, can Sink Ships” you see,
This has been shown throughout history.

Those “Hatfield’s and McCoy’s for instance,
And they say… the attack at “Pearl Harbor” too,
Misunderstood words once conveyed,
Don’t let loose lips sink any ships for you.
