At First Light.

First light, which follows night's release
seizes every day's dawning
to increase
the show of nature's taste,
to override
troubles of human making,
to provide
glimmers of hope for new excitement.

It does not collide with enlightened
seasonal salutations,
but tries to fire
each mind with actively keen desire
to make life
more of a paradise.

One delight which I stumbled upon
at first light,
was the magic contained
in the moment
dawn took up its morning reign,
cleaned by night,
life's air,
inhaled at that time felt to me rare
and purely right.

This is a refreshing way of seeing the day: ...but tries to fire each mind with actively keen desire to make life more of a paradise.
