Your Love

I wear your warmth like a grain
of sand that bathes in sunshine.
Trading itself for a spark
that's spotted from miles away.

The wind carries me in its heart,
lifts me up from the heated dunes
like love picks up a happy moment
from the rumblings in a dry past.

The rain soaks my skin , I wash
onto myself . Soon I shall be the
droplet that carries the rainbow
to the whispers in a grand river .

I wonder who I am , as I feel my
rough edges smoothened with
a tantalising chisel stroked by
a master scupltor - your soft love.

Ah, too lovely and half seductive tribute to the precious darling that is yours alone. How deliciously beautiful. How amply expressive and yet a tad intriguing. Irresistible. Wonderful. I like it.
