With All This

Slipping between the cool,
Toes unfolded , and beneath
She stretched, luxuriously.
Milk-smooth legs apart, freed
As satin-soft silkiest heat
Captured her mind, she tried
Swaying tight hips in sheeted
Time to fast heartbeat and dry
Lips parted as silk stirred a past.
Other bedtimes with deep furs
Strewn on the floor as cushioned
Wealth-lent allure prepared
Her fervour, now bedded silk
Subdued passion, she recalled
How, rich then she felt guiltless.
Now with all this, still lonely,
Heart- broke she turned to the wall.

images that bind you , flow that consumes you and imagery that leaves you spellbound ...interesting phrase in " silk stirred a past "....This reflects what goes in a mind and body when desires take charge ...

Lonely in luxury which means nothing to a person with a broken heart all woven in this well crafted poem, well money will not bring happiness but you can buy a yacht to moor next to it...thanks again ...regards

luxury is not a good bedfellow. Better rough blankets and your lover
