Off the Hoof

People tell you how to write
What to think, who to fight
Which rules to break, which laws to void
If you object- off to Freud.

The world refutes it's every angle
Words fight in jest and men in spirit
Truth died just as liberty
Went under with the harbor tea

Drink the ocean; do it, do it
All that salt will cleanse the filth
If you believe the rich man's truth
The same as yours, you're off the hoof.
