Flight

this masked happiness renders sufficient as I bounce off the earth
As soon as I hit the ground all I took up settle in my heart of hearts
Making it it so heavy I falter to donate my breaths to the wind
this is a precautionary tale if not a missing sign
that if u take the form of a passerby do not step over me
For I am still breathing not in the anotomical sense
because my chest ceases to move and my eyes peer still
the pavement is my home now and from here I dare not move
you look down at me! and you question cardiac's arrest
place you ear on my chest and detect that elusive murmur
Oh yes I did jump for the sky and I did eat the air
But I never took the clouds down with me
I never applied the feeling on ground
I always fall in the hands of this stroke
she grasp me like a cloaked infant in winter
to only realease me like an exaggerated bodily air
the point is im grounded and here you go a passerby
this you chance to rescue my sequal so I can jump again
You can watch as my soul ascend unto possibilities
You can watch how gravity gives me life from head to toe
You can be here and attest to such a moment when I am content
So take my hand and yank the ground off of me
leaving nothing but flesh, soul and eyes that can peer towards sky
