Gravity bends slow

Been held in a world
where the boundary
is my skin,
A list of sins
and broken hearts
outweighs the way
Gravity bends slow,

But who breaks?
And then,
Who notices?
I have made an island
of myself

Disconnected, adrift,
Therefore uncharted,
unconquered,
here they come...
Feignin', slobberin'
explorers
and all manner
of soul stranglers,

But this is the story
of man
versus self
