Cohesion

Lying close beside you,
my lover and my love
your lips as soft as darkness,
if night were silken spun
your mouth like warm bourbon,
like cool wine
your fingers hot like humid air,
cold like autumn rain
I want to give you all myself
excruciating pleasure and satisfying pain
Passion in your voice,
rough with need, smooth with desire
flesh and skin, blood and bone
the scent of you,
and your intoxicating taste
Our hearts so near thud faster
we collide, submerge, subside,
and disappear without a trace

I'm speechless... I've been here. That's for sure.

Nice. I like the disappearing at the end; that's how it really feels when it's good.
