Ending the tale of Lady Elizabeth's Fate - -written in a series of nine instalments - -hope you enjoyed.

Georgian House - Gold Lady by Alennka

Elizabeth's Happiness.

Thomas her lover,
........................ then rallied strong men
Who, warriors bold,
........................ came fierce to the wall
Demanding release
.......................for their Lady, and when
Heard, the felons,
...................... now alarmed, recalling
Their folly repented,
..........................knowing this princess
Could summon a war,
......................... but instead she chose
To forgive great wrongs,
............................and regal, addressed
The penitent crowd, - wed now,
..................................she cossets those
Who support and
.................attend her as future Queen.
Elizabeth, installed,
...........................fulfills all her dreams.

The End.

I had a feeling there would be a happy ending to Elizabeth's story. I think that's right too, nice way to finish off the series.
