From a Joe Walsh lyric Word Pool

~Another Starry Night

.
It's another starry night,
and she fell like a bright light
into my arms from a burned out neon sky.

Confusion and wonder shot forth
from her paint by number eyes.

We made our way through a city of stone,
with a leap of faith and jumping conclusions, where a
continual crisis hides behind every smile--

and reasons are found in the front pockets of habitual liars.

The discord of naked jealousy sails in
on brutal lake effect winds,
eroding the hands of rhyme,
and time no longer matters.

She learned to walk then she ran away.

The walls of the living are tumbling,
crumbling--

down...
