Looking forward to a very special meeting.

Marshall Fields' Clock by Atelier Teee (on hiatus)

Clocking Time

For a while your time
will be mine.
our clocks will read
the same.
Great swathes
of consuming space,
having been
swallowed
with waning
difference
in hours, become laced.
Synchronised,
my time
and yours,
for a little while,
will be
all the more binding.

Great poem Fay, made me think is time a tool we use or is it there to capture us? Enjoy the moment it is precious

A feeling - becomes a thought - becomes an idea -and a poem is born. This one is exquisite - composed with care and a wonderful 'feel' for the poetic. Some relationships march step by step. Others have moments of blissful intensity and long spaces across seas. Beautiful poem. Love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

FAY , your lovely poem makes me to recall the dying lines of Queen Elizabeth I : "Alas , all my posessions for a moment of time !" -Raj

In makes one aware of ones own mortality. A little time reserved and spent together. Two people bound to gether for what is probably a mere minute of eternity. Time is brittle, as are relationships. Lovely piece of poetry Fay.
