Nature's Bounty by FLPhotonut

Praise Be.

Let's celebrate the smaller things
Butterfly wings
The song a blackbird sings
March-hare flings
The way a raindrop clings
Seed-pod pings
Spider's web strings

Let's notice nature's hidden things
Water springs
Seagull's flight that zings
Mushroom rings
Bluebell's dance which swings.
Falling chestnut dings
The smell a rainstorm brings

Praise be to God for minute things
For all the little happenings

Oh! what a delightful poem this is with impeccable rhyme all the way through. You have used wonderful imagination to bring us these smaller things that can bring joy to our hearts. Now I will zing and swing for the rest of the evening!

A delightful write Fay...Indeed if only we can appreciate the little things in life and praise God for them...we would be happier.
