I wrote this poem in under three minutes , as it 'came' to me direct from Spirit , during a meditation. After having read it for the second time myself , I was amazed to notice that , woven into this poem are references to our 'usual' five senses plus a reference to our sixth sense in the last two lines . That 'gut' feeling of just 'knowing'.
GODS' GIFTS.
Listen for my whispers , as you go about your day,
for they are words of wisdom, to help you on your way.
Look closely at the beauty , that lies all around,
for this is my Gift, and it's where I'll be found.
Smell the wild flowers , as you ramble along,
for this will lift you , and right your wrong.
Taste the salt air, as you stroll by the sea,
for this will bring you , ever closer to Me.
Feel the warm breeze, as it touches your face,
for this is when, I draw near to embrace.
Know that I'm around you, everyday,
to light and guide you ,in every way.
