The Heart by Geir Drabløs

A Stranger's Heart.

Wonder of wonders had become
my reality,
a stranger's heart reached out
across endless miles
and unbelievably
caught me one day,
contact taught me about
cosmic awareness,
destiny's call up-turned
my previous know-all attitudes,
readdressed
any former ideas on love,
yearning
became a norm,
I then knew, and confess,
tied in strongest bonds by an unknown
force to a stranger's heart,
I had come home.

Such a beautiful poem, Fay. My reception and journey by it reflects many interactions and communions with contacts over the years with persons never to be met face to face. But through the net, each allows passage and union to our innermost thoughts through online poetry.
