Cardiff

River Taff is running through

Comes from those Bute Docks

Through Grangetown, to Riverside

Finding its way to the city

By the Millennium Stadium

Cardiff we have now arrived

A City with so much to see

And there is Ely near by

Llandaff with its cathedral

Splott is one of a kind

Canton has the football ground

So many places left to see

This is where I was born

Welsh man standing proud

Cardiff, a city full of culture

With a castle standing so tall

I can still remember it well

Soon I will return there again

I've always wanted to visit Wales and this whets my appetite for the valleys and high places of your land of birth all the more.

The words of pride . There is nothing quite like the birth place and your love of the city shines through.
