Spinning Stardust.

Fairytale stories roll off golden pens
As airy and fanciful minds start curling
Over the edge of unreal, to write again
Ideal dreams, woven with gossamer words,
Spun in fine-lined phrases, capturing reason
And turning it into ethereal rhyme.

Where knights always win fair favours to please
Their ladies, and ride stallions nightly
To bliss, kiss virgin love, win battles repeatedly
And deliver honour besides; such as this
Poets scribe, and as many artful dreams
Leave their mark on pages, readers would miss
Imagery, mystically spun , and trusting
The heart between the lines they catch the stardust.

Your wondrous imagery in this delightfully exquisite poem was a pleasure to read, Fay. As always, your exceptional poetic phrasing gave eloquent voice to your heart's emotions and that magnificient final line was the icing on this quite delicious and aethestic poem. Carl.
