Moonframe by writepraylove

Come Nightime.

I shyly wear modesty through the day.
Dressed in decorum,
........... composure all smiles.
Unworded thinking will waiting allay.
Winsomely charming,
............... my acting beguiles.

Come nightime I shrug off finest veneer.
Passion meets passion
.................when you blanket me.
With awesome abandon,
.................. worn without fear,
Different perspectives set loose, become free.

Night cannot come soon enough as we two.
In realms of dreamtime
............unleashed, long remain.
Though gliding through paradise is bliss with you.
Tomorrow will see me
....................... in order again.

The two sides of love very well expressed here with your mastery of words and sense of style. You never cease to amaze!

This is a wonderfully expressive romantic poem, Fay, written so beautifully in your awesome style which is always a pleasure to read. Yes, our daytime lives seldom reveal the person we are at night and alone with a lover! Carl.

I'm amazed all over again each time I read your love poems so full of freshness and vitality and novel expressions. I gotta hand it to you, you can bring the dead back to life with your observations on the hidden dimensions of ourselves.
