don't follow them you see,
they'll lead you to a deepen slumber
and you'll never be with me.
Don't listen to the crowd
don't even desire their sway,
even if it seems a harden task
keep trusting in my way.
See what's behind their mask
that has you all spell bound,
magic spells spoke in tongues
cries grace but none is found.
Here a little, there a little
never finding complete,
because you seek my hand
and neglect my waiting feet.
Come and sit and listen
to the accent of my speech,
the very words of the Father
is what I also teach.
Dangerous minds conspire their fate
when they seek their own way,
thinking they are honoring me
but with their words, they preach and pray
Atlas what only counts;
Is my word etched in your heart?
or has it slipped beyond your grasp
