February Moon

A breath taking moon
with a pearl like luster
Illuminates the night
with a heavenly glow
Extraordinary…
surround by an ivory haze
Radiating with bold strokes
reminiscent of Van Gogh

Giving an eeriness
of monochromatic gray
to all the cold
frosted surfaces that it touches
As the atmosphere
surrounds with silence
peacefulness is applied
with celestial brushes

This delightful poem brings to life images of the monochrome beauty of bright moonlight nights. There is something magic in moonlight! Nice work!
