Facts of Life 2 (Lie sense)
At what stage does exaggeration turn to lies?
To say that I will love you `till the end of time.
A Lie by any name is still a Lie.
Adulation must have licence to survive.
In future should your solid truth be tested.
Lie or deceive ? Opinion is requested.
The gilt- edged way redemption can be blessed.
The Lie, by no means ever worth accepting.
A Liar still wants everyone to tell the truth,
Based upon that, since ,if everyone was to lie,
No one would believe anything that anyone said.
Lies because of that fact, would no longer be affective.
There is a Law of Non-Contradiction I am told.
The Snow is either White or Not White,
It cannot be White and not white concurrently.
To act rationally is to abide by the law
What if that Law demands the impossible of Man.
That Peace of Mind placates with not a word said.
The wrong word springs to mind and fuels the flame.
Thus kindling the smouldering embers to a blaze.
Bear faced Lies look through the falling snow.
To change hue from white to grey.
So What?Try not hurting ones you love.
Don`t you edit many things you say?
With that sad thought in Mind.
As we straddle boarder lines.
Between the Truth and Lies.
Betwixt the Whites and Dirty Greys.
Truth so often comes masked.
Caught betwixt wants and needs
Laws and by laws are there to be broken.
Tell me who cares to see the laws enforced.?

Frankly to the closing query, I rather think I do, sometimes. Mercy rejoiceth against judgement and I plead for that. Yet if they would enforce even a third of the laws presently in the book, I suspect the other three-quarters would be nil, as they are presently unenforced. Methinks they only write them to utilize when the poor pawn is desired not for all across the board. Thought-provoking and I may yet have to eat my words. Mercy! Excellent and delightfully expressed. I enjoyed it.
