It Was A Year And An Hour

It was a year and an hour
When I poured out my sorrow
To the one I believe
I ween,

But strangeness uttered
The words I hovered
Once, That time
I dreamed.

To her fragile ear
And truant heart
I gave my words
A try,

No answer came
But smiles and gestures
Of desperate
Goodbyes.

Sad moments and painful experiences are not lived in vain, for they will make us appreciate those who truly love us... well penned.

I truly know the feeling my dear friend! I was there three years ago but today, I can see clearly the game that was played on me. We are lovers and fighters facing the Sun without going blind. Power to you Dennis! Keep it up! Only time will tell! God Bless You! Love and Peace for always! Your friend Romeo from New York City!
