When I walk along the blind street under dim lights

A poor doctor who practices
Free of charge on the pavement
And never bothers of health insurance!
He should be a Nobel nominee?
He called me;"Where are you going?"
"I am going to night school."
"But you smell of liquor?"
"Yes once in a blue moon
I have a nightcap!"
"Are you 60 years old or older,
Do you suffer from Back pain
Neck pain,Knee pain, pains from joint replacement
Arthritis or Headaches?
"Yes Sir! I am sixty already
And I have rather than a pain
But unable to see the right place
Because it moves from my blank head to decaying toe?"

I wonder if someone like that still exists... an honorable character, a true healer... Yes, lets honor Hipocrates, the father of medicine and all the health care workers. So kind of you to remember...
