Love's pain
Oh it was really hard,
To see you walk out that door.
But one thing i know for sure,
With each day you're gonna love me more.
Every little thing that we shared
Memories won't let you sleep at night
I know you think that it won't be that hard

Two months of love is enough,
To give a lifetime of pain.
No matter how strong sun may shine,
A little cloud is enough to bring the rain.
Roam around, see the world,
I'm always here if you need me.
You gotta see a tree of orange,
To tell it's difference from an apple tree
World is full of people who can love you,
I'm not the only one that's for sure.
But they'll never love you like i do,
For my love for you is so pure.

Reminds me of the fellow I cannot forget, who still flavours my life for that exact sentiment. Yet he likes to remain elusive, and besides, you said to leave it to Daddy, and Daddy said never. My heart.....well. This is very, very beautiful, wonderfully poignant, laden amply with apt imagery and excellent metaphors. I really, really like it.
