Melancholy

Melancholy
(An offering to the flower girl)

She has an old violin without a bow
___sawdust in silence stings
The swished horse’s tail is unheard.
______“Nothing” is never the —“No Thing.”

Breathing—
___ Night’s crickets commence;
______her song announces endowments

What spheres revolve
___before engulfed inside
______love’s turning tacit bud?

Read this again and again...it holds secrets, created by the melancholy...one must change the music the heart sings... Dorothy Singing Still...always a new song
